A Year in Review

Okay, I tried to begin a list of all the grateful events that have happened to our family over this year, however; it became overwhelming. I am not up to listing all of that so just to let you know it has been a-- good year. All of us are healthy and blessed. Some of the highlights of the year: we are still attending the same church (over a year of attendance and we still like it-- (has not happened since we moved here), we moved into a wonderful place and for now we think we will stay, the girls have participate in numerous sports and school activities throughout the year, K- suffered and made it through her broken ankle, mom went back to school, mom got a new position at her school, dad's business is doing well with hopes of expansion during the upcoming year, and H- is growing up and becoming her own person. I have found old friends from years past, continue to build on current relationships, and look forward to building new relationships.
So what does the upcoming year look like:
K- will complete middle school and begin high school-- I am breathing extremely hard now b/c I don't like that. She will continue with piano and softball. She will go on her teen camp this year and hopefully she will come back without broken body parts (or any of the like). She will begin to drive (breathing has become very hard and laborious) this fall. She will go on a school trip to the Windy City without me!!! I am not believing how much will happen in her life this year.
H- will be a double digit age this year!!!!! I can't believe that my baby is that old. She will continue to play the piano which she loves. She will be playing soccer again in the spring along with softball. I hope she continues with her interest in space and science this year. She is one of a kind and I hope she stays that way.
C- looks forward to 7 months from now starting one more year of coaching football (which he lives and breathes). I hope it is as good a year for him as this past year. He is looking into expanding his business.
D- I hope to continue with my education. I hope my new job continues to have success. I look forward to watching K- continue grow up into a wonderful young lady (even though it scares me). I so look forward to H- and what she might say next. I look forward to what God has in store for me. I want Him to show me what all he has to offer me this upcoming year and I want to show him all the faith I have in Him.

To all of you, We love each of you and hope this year has brought you wonderful memories. We wish you a wonderful new year and look forward to being apart of your year and you apart of our year.
