I thought I would share a few things that I have learned and maybe it will help you also.
Accentuate the Positive: Eliminate the Negative. A quote from her book, "As parents we must make an intentional effort to pay attention to the positive, not the negative." I know all to often with the busy schedule we lead that I fail to pay attention to the positive. This will become a focus of mine.
